Booking/ Communication
Appointments can be booked online through square appointments.
All booking questions and inquiries can be texted to (833) 477-6694 or emailed to loveletterhair@gmail.com.
Please note that we do not have a traditional reception desk, but will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Parking
Neighborhood street parking is available.
We are conveniently located near the BSL Ellsworth-Federal stop, and several bus routes.
Visiting Love Letter
We are located on the second floor of the building, Suite 204.
To enter, find Love Letter Hair Salon in the directory under “L”, highlight the selection then call. After you call please let us know your name and we will buzz you into the building.
We are the first door on the right at the top of the stairs.
Because of the nature and layout of the building, there is no elevator access to the second floor.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
Please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for the cost of the service.
